WebRadio
A publishing chain to make the most of a sound and music library. |
The partnership between INA, IRCAM and UTC led to the creation of the WebRadio publishing chain. This chain is used to broadcast audio content on the Web: radio programs, recordeings of debates, cultural events, conferences, lectures and so on.
WebRadio can also splice audio content to make selective listening easier, to enhance it with other media (images, text, etc.) and to publish it in a variety of ways from listening to a simple podcast, to browsing an entire site.
Mix and match media!
One medium, radio, in partnership with another, Internet. Keep all the high points of the former and add all the possibilities of the Web. The result: an enhanced radio where the listener's perception guides them in the discovery of new horizons.
RSS stream
RSS stream publishing is made up of a RSS 2.0 syndication file for broadcasting a stream in the form of a podcast.

Epicure
The first versions of WebRadio for the Epicure project are currently in use by INA and Ircam.
